Melody is truly amazing. We had booked a family cruise. 4 cabins on our own. My niece had to back out, so we asked my cousin to replace her. 4 days before the cruise when my niece was going to fly home, we had a family emergency happen and she was not able to fly home. I asked on a Facebook group to help find room on the sold-out cruise so that she could still go. A nice lady referred me to Melody, Melody worked her magic and was able to make arrangements with a client going on the same cruise. I will be calling her for all future trips.

Even after everything was booked and paid, she still did research on our preexisting rooms. Thank you sooooo much for all you did to make this family trip possible.

Melody is outstanding in completing all the details you will need for your vacation. We had a couple of issues pop up, that were out of our control, she was extremely helpful in getting everything resolved:she definitely has a passion for travel, and knows how to get things done.

I’ve used Vacations by Melody for two vacations and plan to book with Melody again! She coordinated excursions, special dinner reservations and gave me lots of insider info on places to visit. Highly recommend!
