We booked our 30th wedding anniversary with Mel to Key West with our 2 sons for 8 days but as life happens our oldest had to make his trip short and she handled all the flights for him to get back in time for a concert cancelled years ago due to COVID. And not only that she went above and beyond to assist him on the credit of the flight to plan a trip to see his fellow Marines he hasn’t done since serving our country 🙏❤️ she’s a very great at what she does! And am happy to have her in our travels! Keep up your amazing work in making people’s memories matter!!!!

This is my third trip I have completed using Melody’s expert services, all of which included international travel. International travel adds another layer of needed knowledge, which Melody has! This past trip had a little rescheduling issue where the service provider made unrequested changes that could have been a very large problem. Melody quickly and efficiently managed the issue, advocating for us as consumers and her clients.
